Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Conducting market research to identify potential customers and trends.
2. Market research and finding the gaps.
3. Maintaining client databases, and preparing sales presentations or proposals.
4. Liaising with clients via email or phone, answering project inquiries, and scheduling follow-ups.
5. Reviewing sales performance metrics against targets and assisting in the improvement of workflow processes.
6. Assisting with sales events, campaigns, and collaborating with marketing teams.
7. Attending meetings, shadowing senior staff, and participating in sales training exercises.
