Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for a Sales and Operations Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales operations, assisting with personalized travel planning, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will oversee itinerary design, ensure seamless trip coordination, and collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets. The role also involves monitoring operations, building client relationships, and ensuring a high standard of service.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Operations skills, with a track record of achieving targets
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication skills to deliver exceptional experiences
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess travel logistics and optimize operations
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge or experience in travel planning and luxury service industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in English, with additional multilingual capabilities (e.g., Hindi, Marathi) being advantageous
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
