Sales And Operations Executive – Furniture Showroom
Bangalore | Full-time | On-site
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience) + Performance Incentives

What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming and handling walk-in customers
- Understanding their needs and guiding them honestly
- Recommending the right products, not just the expensive ones
- Closing sales with confidence and clarity
- Managing follow-ups, quotations, and order updates
- Coordinating deliveries and tracking orders
- Maintaining clean, organised, premium showroom displays
- Tracking walk-ins, leads, and conversions
- Supporting billing and documentation
What you should be good at:
- Clear communication
- Confidence without arrogance
- Listening properly before pitching
- Staying organised with follow-ups
- Being dependable and disciplined
- Basic comfort with MS Office / billing systems
1–3 years of experience in retail helps. Furniture experience helps.
But neither is mandatory.
