Role Description
This full-time on-site role of Sales and Marketing Trainee is based in Satya Sai Chouraha. The role involves contributing to sales and marketing initiatives, engaging with customers to understand their needs, assisting in developing marketing strategies, and supporting the core sales team. Other day-to-day tasks will include participating in training sessions, conducting market research, and ensuring excellent customer service to drive growth and achieve performance targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships.
- Foundational Sales and Sales Management abilities with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Willingness to participate in Training programs to build industry skills and develop a strategic understanding of marketing and sales.
- Problem-solving abilities, goal-oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
