Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales and Marketing Specialist (MBA Fresher). Responsibilities include generating and converting leads, maintaining relationships with clients, conducting product presentations, providing sales training, and supporting the sales team in planning and executing strategies to meet revenue targets.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to address diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Customer service skills to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships.
• Sales and sales management skills to effectively identify prospects, close deals, and meet set targets.
• Experience or interest in training and supporting team members to enhance productivity and sales performance.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• An MBA or equivalent qualification with a focus on Marketing, Business, or a related field.
