Role Description Identify new business opportunities and partners
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
Prepare and present sales and marketing proposals to clients and stakeholders
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and key issues
Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that products and services meet customer needs
Create and manage promotional materials and campaigns, both online and offline
Organize and participate in events like seminars, trade shows, and marketing summits
Maintain accurate records of all sales and marketing activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities
Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
Negotiate deals and handle complaints or objections
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Candidates should possess the ability to deliver Training and support to clients.
- Knowledge of financial markets, broking operations, or trading platforms is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and stakeholders, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
