Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role involves driving sales efforts, managing customer accounts, and developing impactful marketing strategies. Responsibilities include engaging with prospects, delivering effective presentations, coordinating with clients to meet their requirements, and executing sales plans. The specialist will also play a key role in providing training to team members and working closely with the sales management team to meet targets while contributing to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships and handle inquiries effectively.
- Proficiency in Sales, with experience in developing leads, achieving sales targets, and delivering presentations.
- Experience in Sales Management and Training, with the ability to lead teams and support their growth and development.
- Knowledge in creating and implementing sales strategies, as well as skills in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience within the real estate, community management, or prop-tech sector is advantageous.
