Role & Responsibilities
· Provide service in-order to push the sales. Acts as an intermediary between producers and clientele.
· Make necessary phone calls and schedule appointments with clients to help sales.
· Engage in superior customer service by making information readily available.
· Demonstrate products and services as deemed necessary by clients.
· Answer queries from clients with regards to products and services.
· Find ways to sell products in the face of down market.
· Research client base to find new types of customers and sell to them accordingly.
· Create plan for gaining and retaining customers based on their category.
· Analyze and create a plan for engaging the customer.
· Makes product appeal to the target market.
· Sets up booth at tradeshows and demonstrate the quality and use of products.

Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand and competitor ventures.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- Proficiency in Sales, including lead generation, client engagement, and deal closure.
- Experience in Sales Management and team training to enhance performance and achieve targets.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, take initiative, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in financial or professional services is an added advantage.
