Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for Sales and Marketing Specialists, Designers, Accountants, and Cost Accountants. Sales and Marketing Specialists will focus on identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, promoting flexo plate solutions, and supporting branding and marketing initiatives. Designers will create and refine graphics and layouts for flexo-related projects, collaborate with clients and internal teams on design requirements, and ensure brand consistency across digital and print materials. Accountants will manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate books, assist with invoicing, reporting, and compliance activities, and support internal audits. Cost Accountants will analyze production costs, prepare cost reports, monitor variances, and provide data-driven insights to improve pricing, budgeting, and operational efficiency. All team members are expected to coordinate with cross-functional teams, meet deadlines, and contribute to a collaborative, quality-focused work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong branding and marketing skills, including the ability to support sales initiatives and promote products effectively.
- Proficiency in graphic design and graphics creation, with experience translating client requirements into clear visual outputs.
- Knowledge of web design principles to support online presence, digital campaigns, and brand consistency across platforms.
- For Sales and Marketing Specialists: proven experience in B2B sales, client communication, lead generation, and market research.
- For Designers: familiarity with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or similar) and an understanding of print and packaging requirements.
- For Accountants and Cost Accountants: solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, cost analysis, and proficiency with accounting software.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Design, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, and readiness to collaborate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
