Sales & Marketing Executive (BTL + Conversion)Location: Mumbai
Role Overview:We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive responsible for lead generation through on-ground activities and converting them into sales. This is a field + target-driven role.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate leads via college activations, events, and partnerships
- Conduct seminars, webinars, and on-ground campaigns
- Convert leads through calls, meetings, and presentations
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle (lead to closure)
- Achieve monthly targets (leads + revenue)
Requirements:- 2–5 years experience in Field Sales / BTL Marketing / EdTech Sales
- Strong skills in lead generation & conversion
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable with field work and targets
Preferred:- Experience in EdTech / Education industry
- Exposure to college outreach / events
