Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Chandigarh. The specialist will engage with prospective clients, explain immigration services, and guide them through available options, ensuring a professional and supportive experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, conducting consultations, managing follow-ups, and closing sales in line with company targets. The role also involves contributing to marketing campaigns, supporting promotional activities, and coordinating with the service delivery team to align client expectations. The specialist may participate in trainings, events, and presentations to strengthen product knowledge and improve outreach effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients clearly, professionally, and empathetically.
- Proven Sales abilities, including lead generation, prospecting, and deal closure in a target-driven environment.
- Experience in Sales Management or handling pipelines, follow-ups, and basic reporting on sales performance.
- Capability to deliver Training or presentations to clients or team members on services, processes, and offerings.
- Good understanding of or interest in immigration and visa processes; prior experience in consulting or education services is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh, manage multiple client interactions, and maintain organized records.
- Proficiency with common office and CRM tools, and comfort with digital communication channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
