Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities for market expansion. The role also includes conducting training sessions for internal and external stakeholders on product offerings and services, as well as collaborating with marketing teams to promote travel solutions effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and ensure satisfaction
- Sales and Sales Management skills to identify new opportunities, meet sales goals, and manage client accounts
- Training experience to educate team members and clients on products and services
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and familiarity with digital marketing strategies is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proven track record in sales or marketing in the travel or tourism industry is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
