Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Pune Division. The role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, overseeing training sessions to drive team performance, and managing sales operations to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Service skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to develop and execute strategies, meet targets, and analyze performance
- Experience in Training to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and solve problems creatively
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales and marketing roles is highly desirable
Salary- 15k-50k
Location- MG Road Camp Pune(WFO)
