Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to promote products effectively, identifying and reaching potential customers, and building lasting client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sales efforts, coordinating customer outreach activities, providing excellent customer service, and delivering training to help teams improve their sales techniques. The candidate will work closely with marketing teams and other stakeholders to achieve company goals and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated ability in Training and coaching team members to enhance sales performance
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans to optimize performance
- Proficiency in using sales management tools and CRM platforms is a plus
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented approach to work
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or B2B sales is an added advantage
