Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Valsad, Gujarat. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, managing sales pipelines, and executing effective marketing strategies. The role also involves providing customer support, training clients on products or services, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and strong Customer Service skills
- Proven knowledge and experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to develop and deliver effective Training for clients and internal teams
- Strong interpersonal skills, team collaboration, and goal-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the IT industry or technology sales is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with data analysis tools is advantageous
