Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Caller based in Patna. The Tele Caller will engage with potential and existing clients through outbound and inbound calls, provide product or service information, address inquiries, and resolve issues. The candidate will also maintain a database of customer interactions, follow-up on leads, and ensure excellent customer service. Achieving individual and team targets while maintaining a professional and polite demeanor is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in both verbal and written communication
- Customer service and problem-solving abilities to address inquiries and concerns effectively
- Basic computer proficiency to manage customer databases and call center software
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- A positive attitude with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Fluency in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or a related field is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
