Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Chennai. The primary responsibilities include developing and managing sales strategies, cultivating and maintaining client relationships, providing training on insurance products, and identifying opportunities for customer growth. The specialist will actively engage in customer service and support, oversee sales operations, and work towards achieving organizational sales targets.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and provide superior support
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including building strategies and achieving targets
- Ability to train teams and clients on insurance products and services
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and a results-driven mindset
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Proficient in using sales tools and CRM software to track and manage client relationships
