Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jamnagar. The specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and promoting the company’s mining and metals products and services. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, managing inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, and participating in client meetings. The role also involves implementing marketing initiatives, supporting product promotions, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports. The specialist will work closely with management to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and internal teams.
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to meet targets and manage accounts effectively.
- Experience in Training activities, such as guiding team members or educating customers on products.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and industrial or B2B sales environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Jamnagar and collaborate in a fast-paced industrial setting.
- Good organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in common office software and tools for reporting and documentation.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in mining, metals, or manufacturing sectors is an added advantage.
