Role Description
This is a contract-based remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Responsibilities include developing and executing effective sales strategies, driving customer acquisition, managing client communication, overseeing sales pipelines, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The Specialist will also deliver training to sales teams, handle customer inquiries, and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to manage client interactions effectively and build lasting relationships.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, drive sales processes, and achieve business growth.
- Experience in Training and team development to mentor and support the sales team.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent organizational skills.
- Previous experience in the textile, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field is preferred.
