Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and designing and implementing effective sales strategies. Additional tasks include managing customer service interactions, providing product training, overseeing sales activities, and supporting marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Experience in customer service and the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Proven sales skills, with knowledge of sales strategies and lead generation techniques
- Capability to train clients and internal staff on product functionalities
- Proficiency in sales management, including tracking and reporting key performance metrics
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
- Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
