Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Bhiwani. The role involves driving sales efforts, managing customer relationships, executing marketing strategies, and delivering product training. Day-to-day tasks include developing marketing materials, negotiating with clients, managing leads, and collaborating with the team to enhance customer engagement. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will also contribute to designing effective sales strategies and identifying opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide excellent support
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation, client negotiations, and achieving sales targets
- Experience in delivering effective Training sessions to clients or team members
- Ability to analyze market trends and devise actionable marketing strategies
- Proficiency in relationship-building and the ability to work collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in technology or software sales is a plus
