Role Description
This full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role is based in Bhubaneswar. The primary responsibilities include generating sales opportunities, managing customer accounts, and developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth. The Specialist will conduct customer outreach, provide excellent customer service, and oversee training programs to develop sales competencies within the team. Additionally, the role involves identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities, contributing to the achievement of business targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication, including verbal and written proficiency to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Customer Service expertise to build and maintain positive relationships with clients by understanding and addressing their needs.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and lead sales initiatives.
- Experience in designing and conducting Training programs to enhance the performance of team members and ensure skill development.
- Ability to analyze market trends and implement strategies to achieve business growth.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with financial products and services will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
