Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Noida. The role involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, implementing marketing strategies, ensuring exceptional customer service, and providing training and guidance to enhance team performance. The specialist will be responsible for managing sales processes and contributing to overall brand growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage with clients effectively and provide exceptional support
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, meet sales targets, and manage accounts efficiently
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members to optimize performance and ensure consistent brand representation
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
