Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves managing and executing marketing strategies, providing exceptional customer service, and handling client inquiries to promote the organization's services. The candidate will also manage sales processes, build strong client relationships, and provide training or guidance on services. They will collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to the growth and development of the organization.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Strong Training skills to educate and support clients or team members
- Ability to maintain professional relationships and build trust with clients
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Prior experience in education consultancy or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
