Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in the United States, with the flexibility for some remote work. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts, managing customer relationships, creating effective sales strategies, and generating leads. You will partner with clients to understand their growth objectives, identify market opportunities, deliver training sessions, and contribute to building scalable sales and marketing infrastructures. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be an essential aspect of this position to ensure the seamless delivery of impactful solutions to customers.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving business growth targets.
- Ability to provide Training to customers or internal teams on sales strategies and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales software tools; familiarity with digital marketing strategies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in global expansion, SaaS platforms, or technology-driven industries would be an advantage.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
