TutorFlo is a revenue-first education platform that connects students with verified tutors through a simple, low-ops system. We are not a VC-backed marketplace or a corporate ed-tech company. The product, payment flow, lead verification, and delivery systems are already live and running.
Our focus is simple: generate quality student leads, convert them, and sell them to tutors efficiently.
Role Description
This is a remote, execution-heavy role for a Sales & Marketing Specialist responsible for student acquisition and revenue generation.
You will work directly on:
- Generating student leads through marketing channels (Meta ads, organic, partnerships, outreach based on your strength)
- Converting incoming student inquiries into valid, usable leads
- Improving lead quality, follow-ups, and conversion flow
- Coordinating with tutors to ensure leads are actionable and paid for
This is not a strategy-only role. You are expected to execute, test, iterate, and be accountable for results.
There are no fixed working hours. Performance is measured strictly by outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire student leads using paid or organic marketing channels
- Handle basic sales communication with students/parents when required
- Qualify and verify leads before they are passed to tutors
- Track conversions, feedback, and lead performance
- Improve messaging, funnels, and follow-up processes
- Identify what works, scale it, and eliminate what doesn’t
Compensation:
- No fixed salary
- Performance-based earnings only
- Initial 7-day paid trial with ad budget provided
- Continued work and earnings depend entirely on results delivered
Nice to have:
- Experience with Meta ads or digital lead funnels
- Experience in education, tutoring, or marketplaces
- Experience working in early-stage or scrappy setups
