Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, presenting product and service offerings, and closing sales to meet revenue targets. The specialist will execute marketing campaigns, support brand promotion, and assist in organizing events or outreach activities to increase market awareness. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, maintaining strong client relationships, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The role also involves providing basic training or product demonstrations to customers and supporting sales management in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and support sales planning.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product explanations, basic onboarding, or client education sessions.
- Candidates should have proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with CRM or sales tools.
- Candidates should demonstrate goal orientation, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
