Sales and Marketing Specialist – Chennai Office
Role Summary
TradeinSafe is looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist for our Chennai office to help grow our marketplace by speaking directly with sellers, explaining our platform, and onboarding them onto TradeinSafe. The role will focus on building seller relationships, generating new business, and supporting the expansion of our Australia–India trade network.
Key Responsibilities
- Call potential sellers and explain TradeinSafe’s platform, services, and value proposition.
- Onboard new sellers by collecting business information and guiding them through the registration process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, exporters, and trade partners.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and referrals to convert them into active marketplace participants.
- Support marketing activities, lead generation, and outreach campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and seller activation.
- Maintain records of seller conversations, pipeline status, and onboarding progress.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in marketplace sales, business development, or onboarding preferred.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and explaining services clearly.
- Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven.
- Good understanding of B2B trade or marketplace operations is an advantage.
