Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The responsibilities include developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies, engaging with prospective customers, managing customer relationships, and providing training to clients and teams as needed. The role also involves analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth and managing sales operations to achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting sales targets and managing sales pipelines effectively
- Experience in Training teams or clients, with a focus on implementing successful strategies and processes
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in event ticketing or a related industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is beneficial
