Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Lucknow, with some flexibility for remote work. In this role, you will develop and execute sales strategies, support customer acquisition initiatives, manage client relationships, and identify business opportunities. You will conduct market research, train and guide team members, and create customized solutions that align with client needs, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue goals and enhance the company’s market presence.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to create and execute effective sales strategies.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members to achieve performance goals.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
- Proficiency in market analysis and developing innovative marketing solutions to drive growth.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, IT solutions, or petroleum industries is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
