Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Kolkata, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will engage in identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, creating and delivering sales presentations, and contributing to marketing campaigns. Additionally, the role involves analyzing market trends, providing training to team members, and supporting the overall sales strategy to meet targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and maintain relationships effectively
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Ability to conduct Training sessions for team members to enhance performance and skills
- Analytical mindset to assess market trends and identify strategic opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with technology solutions and prior experience in the industry is a plus
