Role Description
We are looking for driven individuals to join our Partner Onboarding team in
Gurugram. This is a ground-up role — you will be responsible for identifying, approaching and
onboarding beauty and wellness businesses onto the The Kainchi platform. Equal parts field sales,
relationship management and execution.
What You Will Do
- Identify and approach salons across Gurugram through field visits, cold outreach, Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp
- Present Kainchi's value proposition and convert prospects into active partners
- Collect all partner information, documentation and service details required to go live
- Maintain a clear pipeline tracker — leads, follow-ups, conversions and live accounts
- Coordinate with the internal Growth team post-onboarding to ensure a smooth handoff and partner activation
- Be accountable for a monthly onboarding target
Compensation & Structure
- ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Base Pay)
- Performance incentives on onboarding targets
- Direct exposure to a scaling startup with real ownership from Day 1
