Job Overview: We seek a dynamic Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing to drive business growth through lead generation, client engagement, and strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and digital channels.
- Upwork Management, inbound projects, and bids.
- Client Meetings & Calls: Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and present our services/products.
- Pitch Deck & Proposal Creation: Develop compelling presentations, pitch decks, and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Sales Outreach & Follow-ups: Maintain consistent communication with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships and close deals.
- Marketing & Branding Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with brand positioning and promotional campaigns.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to refine sales strategies.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and revenue projections.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B, B2C & D2C sales, preferably in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and presentation software.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings if required.
