We are looking for dynamic and driven professionals to join us as Executive / Sr. Executive – Sales & Marketing in Gurgaon.

💼 Role Overview
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurgaon, with flexibility for partial remote work.
You will be responsible for:
✔ Developing & executing sales and marketing strategies
✔ Building and managing client relationships
✔ Identifying new business opportunities
✔ Handling end-to-end sales process
✔ Conducting market research & client training
✔ Ensuring client satisfaction & repeat business
📌 Requirements
🔹 Experience: 1–2 years
🔹 Qualification: B.Tech / MBA / Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing or related field
🔹 Strong communication & customer handling skills
🔹 Proven sales & sales management capabilities
🔹 Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
🔹 Prior experience in construction materials / real estate is a strong plus
💰 Compensation & Details
📍 Location: Gurgaon
💵 Salary: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA
⏳ Joining: Immediate or within 15 days preferred
