Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
- Experience in Training to educate team members and clients on sales and marketing strategies
- Ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns and contribute to strategic business planning
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous experience in IT or technology services is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
