About the Role:-
We are hiring a dynamic and result-driven Marketing cum Sales Executive for a fast-growing solar solutions company. If you have the passion to sell, the confidence to convince, and the drive to earn, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:-
Generate leads through field marketing and local outreach
Meet potential clients (residential & commercial) and pitch solar solutions
Convert prospects into paying customers through effective persuasion
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Conduct site visits and coordinate with technical teams
Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:-
Proven experience in sales/marketing (preferably field sales)
Strong communication and convincing skills (must-have)
Basic understanding of solar products/renewable energy (preferred)
Must own a bike (mandatory for field visits)
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident personality
Ability to handle rejection and close deals effectively
Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)
