Role Description
As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and executing sales strategies and marketing campaigns to drive business growth. Responsibilities include client engagement, training customers on products or services, managing sales activities, and fostering excellent customer relationships. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal, requiring collaboration with a dynamic team to achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Proven expertise in customer service and the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Sales skills, including negotiation, client presentations, and lead conversion experience.
- Experience in sales management and the ability to drive performance metrics and meet targets.
- Ability to conduct training sessions and present information clearly and engagingly.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience in the education or career guidance industry is an advantage.
