Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Aurangabad for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will manage sales operations, develop effective sales strategies, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and perform market analysis to identify growth opportunities. Additional responsibilities include delivering product training to clients, addressing customer inquiries, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the sales and marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster client relationships and effectively address inquiries.
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to execute strategies and achieve targets.
- Capability to deliver Training to clients and internal teams, ensuring a strong understanding of product offerings.
- Keen business acumen and analytical skills for assessing market trends and identifying opportunities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to oversee multiple tasks effectively.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales and marketing software is an advantage.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be a plus.
