Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Lucknow, with some flexibility for working from home. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will identify and qualify leads, conduct client outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and present software solutions that address customer needs. The role involves supporting the full sales cycle, including preparing proposals, coordinating demos with technical teams, and assisting in contract closure. The specialist will help plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage basic digital and offline marketing activities, and support the creation of sales collateral and presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, providing post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborating with product and delivery teams to relay market feedback.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
- Customer Service and Training skills to understand client needs, respond to inquiries, provide product guidance, and support onboarding where needed.
- Sales and Sales Management capabilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and basic reporting on sales performance.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time between onsite client visits in Lucknow and remote work.
- Basic understanding of software or technology products; prior experience in IT or SaaS sales is an advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, office productivity software, and online communication platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
