Job Description:
This is an on-site, full-time role located in Hyderabad for a Sales and Marketing Specialist.The individual in this role will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, driving sales efforts, conducting customer service activities, and providing training support to clients or team members. The role involves implementing effective sales strategies, managing sales goals, and expanding the company’s market presence through structured marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute the sales strategy for HP products, including laptops, printers, and all-in-one systems
• Drive sales growth by identifying new market opportunities and expanding dealer networks
• Build and nurture relationships with mobile and IT trade partners, ensuring brand visibility and growth
• Stay ahead of market trends in IT products, with a strong grasp of configurations, chipsets, graphics, and technical specifications
• Lead a sales team, providing guidance and performance management
• Represent the brand in regional IT forums and trade events
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years in sales and marketing leadership, ideally within IT and mobile sectors
- Extensive knowledge of IT products (laptops, printers, all-in-ones) and technical specifications
- Established network within the mobile trade market
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactical plans
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proven experience and expertise in Sales and Sales Management
- Capability to provide effective Training to clients or team members
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies
