Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The responsibilities include promoting and selling automotive products, managing sales pipelines, and building and maintaining customer relationships. The role involves providing excellent customer service, implementing sales strategies to achieve targets, and conducting training sessions to align the team with the company’s goals. Collaboration with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and drive business growth is also an essential part of the position.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Expertise in Sales, including pipeline management and strategy implementation
- Experience in Training and Sales Management to guide and lead teams effectively
- A proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and its products is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
