Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Specialist will oversee and drive sales activities, manage client relationships, and contribute to developing effective marketing strategies to enhance the company's market presence. Responsibilities include identifying potential customers, conducting market analysis, managing customer interactions, coordinating sales efforts, and assisting in delivering training to the sales team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and manage sales operations
- Experience delivering Training to support and enhance team performance
- Ability to analyze markets and derive strategies to increase brand reach and profitability
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the mining or metals industry is advantageous
