We are hiring enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Executives for the real estate sales team at Square Yards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding property sales.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and investment benefits to clients.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with customers.
- Maintain strong follow-up with leads until closure.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Update customer information and sales progress in CRM/Google Sheets.
Requirements
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Passion for sales and customer interaction.
- Any graduate can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
