Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in the Pune Division for a Senior Business Development Associate. The responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to uncover new opportunities, delivering engaging presentations, and building effective client communication strategies. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to achieve established targets and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research
- Strong Presentation and Presentational Skills
- Exceptional Communication abilities for client interaction and relationship management
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and develop long-term client relationships is desirable
- Analytical mindset with a focus on identifying growth opportunities and maximizing market reach
- Educational background in business, management, marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
- Prior experience in real estate or business development is a plus
