We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in marketing coordination, lead generation, client communication, and CRM management.
Job Responsibilities
* Plan and execute marketing campaigns, content schedules, and promotional events
* Generate engaging content ideas for social media, website, and training promotions
* Manage and update leads in CRM with accurate follow-up details
* Coordinate with internal team for lead tracking and conversion
* Conduct follow-up calls, telecalling, and client communication
* Organize webinars, demo sessions, workshops, and training events
* Monitor campaign and lead performance and prepare monthly reports
* Identify and generate leads through social media, website inquiries, email campaigns, and events
Requirements
* Minimum 1 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
* Understanding of CRM tools and lead management
* Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
* Good networking and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing activities
