Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Nagpur. The role entails engaging new and existing clients, delivering excellent customer service, and closing sales to meet business goals. The specialist will develop and execute marketing strategies, manage sales processes, train new team members, and ensure smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities also include building strong client relationships and identifying growth opportunities to enhance business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Experience in Training team members to enhance performance and skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop and implement marketing plans
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the advertising or events industry is advantageous
