Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Faridabad for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, and driving new business opportunities. The specialist will provide exceptional customer service, collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets, and deliver training to sales teams to enhance their performance. Additional responsibilities include monitoring market trends and presenting findings to optimize marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage clients and address their needs.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and drive growth.
- Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven strategies to improve sales and marketing efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of NPD & Sales Marketing Manager based in Faridabad.
📌 Role & Responsibilities:
• Drive development of new products with RDSO & IR units along with customer approvals
• Day-to-day coordination with cross-functional teams (Design, Production, Quality & Sourcing)
• Liaison with customers for CCA, prototype and quality audits
• Maintain all documentation for NPD including Design & Quality documents and validation records
• Support tendering team for NPD tenders with market analysis, key inputs and documentation
• Ensure proper execution of purchase orders with required modifications/changes for NPD
• Maintain communication with PU’s, RDSO and Zonal customers for timely closure of field trials
• Streamline and manage MIS systems for various dashboards

• Control payment and collection plans with zonal offices and regional managers
• Provide administrative support to zonal teams for internal coordination

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
