Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing sales activities, developing and implementing marketing strategies, engaging with customers, and providing exceptional service to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, conducting sales presentations, training team members to achieve sales targets, and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- 2-3 years Expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives
- Ability to deliver Training focused on empowering team members to succeed in their roles
- Problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
- Previous experience in a sales or marketing role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree is not a mandatory requirement but is a plus
