Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Mumbai. The specialist will manage sales activities, build and maintain customer relationships, execute marketing strategies, and oversee customer service interactions. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, presenting products, closing deals, providing client training sessions, and managing sales processes to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, including developing strategies and meeting sales targets
- Experience delivering Training sessions to clients or internal teams, with the ability to convey product or market knowledge effectively
- Self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
- Proficiency with CRM systems and related sales tools is a plus
- Experience in the manufacturing or exports industry is advantageous
