Role Description
This is an on-site, contract role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Delhi, India. The specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing relationships with clients, developing marketing strategies, and delivering excellent customer service. The role also includes training clients and team members on services offered and tailoring solutions to meet customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and support clients
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to deliver Training for clients and internal teams to effectively communicate business solutions
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in creating and implementing marketing strategies is an added advantage
- Relevant industry experience or academic background is preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
